{"id":53,"date":"2026-04-28T16:19:01","date_gmt":"2026-04-28T16:19:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.darulinsan.com\/?p=53"},"modified":"2026-04-29T19:51:39","modified_gmt":"2026-04-29T19:51:39","slug":"privacy-policy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.darulinsan.com\/?p=53","title":{"rendered":"privacy policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (\u201cPolicy\u201d) is to determine the procedures and principles regarding the information and personal data shared by users while using the services and the Platform on the website and mobile application (\u201cPlatform\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users share their personal data during the use of the Platform. This personal data will only be processed and transferred within the framework stipulated in this policy and the User Agreement, in compliance with all legal regulations, primarily the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and secondary legislation (\u201cKVKK Legislation\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data includes the user&#8217;s personal information, name and surname, address, telephone number, email address, and any other data used to identify the user. The Platform will not process or share personal data with third parties in any way except in the cases specified in this Policy, the User Agreement, and legal legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with the KVKK Legislation, personal data can only be processed and transferred to third parties with the explicit consent of the user or in accordance with the law and principles of fairness, for current and legitimate purposes, and limited to achieving those purposes. In the following cases stipulated in the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), personal data may be processed and transferred to third parties without the user&#8217;s explicit consent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cases explicitly provided for in the laws,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cases where it is necessary for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the user or another person, in cases where the user is unable to express their consent due to factual impossibility or where their consent is not legally valid,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cases where the processing of personal data belonging to the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cases where it is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information made public by the user themselves,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cases where data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cases where data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the user, provided that it does not harm their fundamental rights and freedoms. According to the KVKK, personal data may only be transferred abroad with the user&#8217;s explicit consent. Without the user&#8217;s consent, personal data may only be used in cases of compliance with the aforementioned law and if (i) adequate protection exists in the country to which the data transfer will be made, or (ii) if adequate protection does not exist, the data controllers in Turkey and the relevant foreign country provide a written guarantee of adequate protection and obtain the permission of the Personal Data Protection Authority. Within this framework, personal data may be processed and transferred to third parties primarily for the purposes stipulated in this Policy and the User Agreement, including the performance of services offered on the Platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Platform use and the performance of services may involve sharing users&#8217; personal data with service providers. Additionally, users&#8217; personal data may be shared with payment institutions and third-party service providers for the purpose of collecting payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the performance of services, users&#8217; personal data may be shared with payment institutions for the purpose of making payments, or credit card information collected through payment institutions may be used for the purpose of invoicing purchased products and services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To avoid any suspicion, it will never request credit card numbers, usernames, passwords, or passcodes in its emails. Data contained in emails may be viewed by third parties. The security of information transmitted via user emails cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To identify and resolve system problems as quickly as possible, the system may identify and use users&#8217; IP addresses when necessary. IP addresses may also be used to generally identify users and collect comprehensive demographic information.
